1.   Grassroots emergency unit volunteers help to calm fellow residents and provide assurance to help restore life back to normalcy as quickly as possible. You will probably see our volunteers talking to residents to dispel any rumours.

2.   In times of crisis, our volunteers will disseminate critical information to residents and collect feedback from the ground. Do give your feedback to our volunteers so that they can channel it to the relevant authorities.

3.   Our trained volunteers will assist the emergency authorities in times of crisis by rendering basic first aid, controlling the crowd and organising orderly evacuation.
