The PA offers a wide range of volunteering opportunities. With more than 1,800 Grassroots Organisations which promote community cohesion by bringing people together at social, arts, cultural, sports and emergency preparedness activities, you’re sure to find an area that meets your interests.
What do grassroots volunteers do? Grassroots volunteers visit residents to encourage community involvement, raise awareness about community issues, explain government policies and gather feedback, as well as help those in need.
When you join us as a volunteer, you not only contribute to your community, you will also become part of a strong network of friends and neighbours who help each other in times of need, and who enrich the lives of others.
