Assistant Constituency Managers
You will actively recruit and develop volunteers for the Grassroots Organisations (GRO) to promote racial harmony and social cohesion. You will also serve as an administrator and facilitator in the formation, development and consolidation of GRO at the constituency level. You will initiate and implement activities, programmes and services to meet the needs of the community at the Community Clubs (CC) and Residents’ Committees (RC). In addition, you will take on one or more functional roles in the Constituency Office such as CC course development and maintenance.
Requirements:
- General Degree, and good co-curricular activities records
- Experience in customer-service supervision, volunteer management or events management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as willing to work shifts and on weekends
- Ability to handle public enquiries and complaints as well as attend regular meetings and events of GRO
Assistant Manager (T-Net Club)
You will assist Assistant Director (Youth Movement) and Head (Youth Movement) in the development of the T-Net Clubs. Besides organising/ co-ordinating T-Net Clubs events and programmes to engage the teenagers, you will also need to build strategic partnerships, enhance and promote linkages between T-Net Clubs and educational institutions and widen its outreach.
Requirements:
- General Degree with significant extracurricular activities involvement.
- Dynamic individual who can work both as a team player and an independent officer.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality, good inter-personal skills and enjoy working with youths and teenagers.
