Description:	Open to all Singaporeans, SPRs and New Citizens, the Welcome '10 @ Labrador New Year countdown is the event you and your family do not want to miss! This overnight event will include stage performances, movie marathons, karaoke corner, food for you to buy and BBQ at your own leisure, children's corner, food stalls and fringe activities. At sunrise, there will be a morning exercise conducted by an instructor from Lianhe Wanbao. This is a great opportunity for you and your family to explore and appreciate one of Singapore's historical sites and a chance to participate in community bonding. The organiser expects a crowd of 8000 to 10 000.
