The YECs in the South East District, in collaboration with the National Environment Agency and the South East Community Development Council and in conjunction with the launch of the South East Singapore Clean and Green Carnival, will be organising “Y in Fashion”, where budding fashion designers from amongst schooling and working youths will compete in their respective categories based on the three themes of Formal Wear, Cosplay and Youth Energy.
