The FaBulouS routine is a strength training exercise that aims to improve your body’s flexibility, muscle strength, and overall balance.
Cardio-Mix is a 3-in-1 combination workout tailored for the busy individual. Lessons include warm ups, hi-low impact aerobics moves, as well as body sculpting and firming with the use of weights and resistance bands. Sessions end with a relaxation technique that includes stretching and a yoga cool-down.
Keep Fit (Freehand) is a fitness programme that is easy to pick up and helps you burn calories and strengthen your body. In a few sessions, you will feel healthier and learn how to maintain your toned physique.
The Dynamic Medicine Ball Workout helps you to achieve a total body workout just by throwing it around and having fun at the same time. Each 1-hour class comprises warm ups, low impact aerobics, upper and lower body toning, abdominal work and cooling down.
