Learn the way to good health through our courses at the CCs.  Find out about Traditional Chinese Medicine at the “Just What You Need To Know About TCM” course.  Pick up healthy eating habits or indoor gardening tips.  Parents can also sign up for a “Baby Tui Na” (Massage) course and learn the art of massaging your baby the right way.

New Media brings history to life

As more and more people interact online, what better way to get students to learn more about Singapore’s heritage than to get them to use new media? South West Community Development Council held the Nationwide Youth E-Heritage Competition to engage youths about the heritage, social, historical and cultural development in the South West district.
