Lifeskills & Lifestyle @ People's Association is broadly divided into two branches:

•  Community Learning Network or CLN
•  Singapore Chingay & Events Network or SCENE

Community Learning Network

Arts & Lifestyle

The Arts & Lifestyle section is involved with all lifestyle and enrichment courses. They include visual arts, beauty & wellness, hobbycraft, photography, culinary and floral art.

Education & Lifeskills

The Education & Lifeskills section takes charge of educational programmes for children, and educational courses for adults ranging from jobskills, IT, business, and language courses. The section also takes care of playgroup courses.

Performing Arts

The Performing Arts section takes care of performing arts courses, including drama, vocal, dance and music courses.

Sports

The Sports section takes charge of all land, water, and mind sports courses. They include ball games, intellectual games, keep fit, martial arts, performing sports & water sports.

Residents’ Committee Learning

The new Residents’ Committee Learning section spearheads the new initiative to deliver new and higher standards for courses at RC Centres to meet the rising aspirations of residents.

Singapore Chingay & Events Network or SCENE

Artiste Network

The Artiste Network section manages and develops the performing talents in PA Talents, Singapore’s one and only multi-cultural grouping of talents. It markets various packages and runs shows and educational celebrations of our multi-culturalism with PA Talents and our network of performing groups at CCs and talents from all over.

Arts Project

The Arts Project section brings people and artistes from all over Singapore and the world to celebrate in the Chingay Parade of DreamS. It works with people and partner organisations from all over to conceptualise and organise the annual Chingay Parade. It manages the WEARHouse rental services of multi-cultural costumes and props, and offers consultancy services on multi-cultural displays and exhibits. It also provides audio and visual technical support to major PA functions and events.

Corporate Affairs

The Corporate Affairs section manages the rental of our M.A.D studios (a.k.a. music, arts, and dance studios), and manages the administrative and marketing outreach of our programmes and services.
