If you are already a grassroots leader, you can log into The Grassroots Connect, a two-way communication channel to inform grassroots leaders about important PA and national policies. The Grassroots Connect also serve as a feedback channel for grassroots leaders to provide their views and to register for courses conducted by the National Community Leadership Institute. The Grassroots Connect is accessible only by grassroots leaders.
