The PAssion Card is a membership card for the People's Association.
In November 2009 the new PAssion ez-link Card was launched offering members’ exclusive privileges for courses, activities and programmes and unique promotions via tie-ups with other lifestyle merchants and partners.
The TapForMore Rewards Programme was launched in April 2010 to allow members to earn and redeem points and enjoy instant price-off purchase, attractive vouchers and/or items when they shop at any participating retail banners.
Now, you can also receive updates on the go via your iPhone with the new PAssion Card iPhone App. To download, simply search for the PAssion Card application at your Apple store now!

PAssion Movie Club The PAssion Movie Club was formed in April 2009 to bring movie fans together, provide Members with the latest movie updates and the best movie deals @ Cathay Movie Cineplexes, Shaw Theatres and Eng Wah Cinemas. As a PAssion Movie Club Member, you will get to participate in our weekly Movie Quizzes where you stand to win invites to gala movie premieres and exclusive premiums. Trade and mini fairs organised by Grassroots Organisations (GROs) are attended by the public. Fair operators are advised to take note of the trade and mini fair rules before tendering for the fairs. The rules are to ensure compliance by fair operators and to protect the interest of the public and the GROs holding trade and mini fairs. It is also for PA to be transparent in enforcing the rules and imposing penalties for infringements.
PA Talents and CultureShiok
PA Talents and CultureShiok offer a one-stop solution for your performing arts needs. CultureShiok features various contemporary and traditional performing arts groups, ranging from dance and music to martial arts. Many of whom have won awards either locally, regionally or globally. PA Talents is Singapore’s award winning multi-ethnic performing arts group comprising the Singapore Pop Orchestra, the Chinese, Malay and Indian Orchestras, the Bagpipe Band, Contemporary and Traditional Dance Ensembles and the Hip Hop Club.
