Before You Apply: General Guidelines
Please read the following carefully before submitting your application.
Individual Trainers and Operators must register with PA before conducting courses at Community Centres/Clubs (CC), Residents' Committee (RC)/ Residents' Networks (RN), PAssion Wave (PW) and imPAct@Hong Lim Green (iHLG).
PA Trainers and Operators are considered independent service providers and not agents or employees of the Grassroots Organisations.
PA Trainers and Operators are not guaranteed engagement to conduct courses by the PA, CCs, RCs, RNs, PWs and iHLG. Additionally, the PA, CCs, RCs, RNs, PWs and iHLG do not assist in sourcing potential participants for the courses conducted by the PA Trainers or Operators.
PA reserves the right to decline any application without disclosing the reason(s) for unsuccessful applications.

Eligibility Requirements
General
Applicants must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Dependent Pass, or Long-Term Visit Pass holders must obtain a Letter of Consent from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) before seeking part-time paid engagements. Those who are currently employed must also obtain written consent from their employer unless classes are conducted on a voluntary basis. Qualifications
Applicants must hold relevant professional qualifications and have sufficient teaching experience in the proposed subject. Supporting documents for these qualifications must be submitted to PA for assessment.
For Folk Dance, Line Dance and Sports and Fitness subjects: a valid Standard First Aid and Hands-On CPR & AED certificate with at least one year's validity at the point of application is required.
For Fitness subjects (e.g. Piloxing): applicants must be a full member (not provisional) of SportSG's National Registry of Exercise Professionals (NREP) and have a Basic Exercise Science Certificate (BES). For Culinary subjects: a valid Food & Hygiene certificate is required.
