PAssion Wave @ East Coast set up in 1987, is nestled at the corner of East Coast Beach Park off the East Coast Parkway (ECP). This outlet is a haven for windsurfers with its excellent facilities including affordable storage of windsurfing equipment. Windsurfing and Stand Up Paddling courses are conducted regularly over the weekends.
