Tenderers are invited to tender for the following:

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SUCCESSFUL TENDERER TO DESIGN, CONSTRUCT, FIT-OUT, OPERATE, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN A NEW INTERIM FOOD CENTRE

A compulsory Pre-Tender Briefing will be held on:

Venue: Keat Hong Community Club

Tenderers must register at pa_keathongcc@pa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and submit the duly executed NDA by 12.00 noon, 14 September 2026. Tenderers who have not submitted the duly executed NDA by the deadline will not be permitted to attend the briefing.

Project details, including location, will be disclosed at the briefing. Attendance is compulsory and is a prerequisite for tender evaluation.

Eligibility: MOF-registered under EPU/SER/30 or EPU/FBV/10, Financial Grade S6 and above.
