About Community Sports
Discover how PA brings people together through community sports programmes.
Community Sports Network
The People’s Association works through Community Sports Network (CSN) to foster community bonding through a wide array of sports activities for residents to participate and interact with one another.
Over the years, the CSN has curated flagship programmes like the evergreen PAssion Community Football.
The CSN at the grassroots level organises an array of activities such as sports carnivals, sports clinics, tournaments for bowling, table tennis, and pickleball, programmes for children football, and in recent years also included floorcurling and mind sports.

Initiated in 2004 by the People’s Association (PA) with support from POSB PAssion Kids Fund, the PAssion Community Football (PACF) Programme provides a platform for participants aged five to 16 years old to spend quality family time with their parents and bond with the community through their common passion for Football.
With the motto of “Every Child is a Champion”, the objective of the PACF Programme is to promote family and community bonding while developing participant’s physical and social skills through football.
Being a volunteer-initiated football programme, parent volunteers are an integral part of the programme. Regular training courses are organised to equip the volunteers with the skills on Grassroots Football Coaching, First-Aid and more.

Sports Interest Groups (SIGs)
Stay fit, make friends, and try new challenges! The CSN organises SIGs that offer regular sessions across a variety of sports, bringing together people of all skill levels. From team sports such as badminton, basketball, and football to gentle fitness options like brisk walking and qigong, and trending sports like pickleball, there is something for everyone.
