The People's Association (PA), through PA Cares @ President's Challenge, is committed to supporting communities in need by encouraging donations, volunteerism, and active community involvement. Through the President's Challenge, PA mobilises the community to promote accessible arts with a twist of AI and technology, contributing to building a more caring and inclusive community.

Powered by our Grassroots Movement and strengthened by Corporate Partnerships, PA continues its dedication to creating meaningful impact.

The President’s Challenge was launched in 2000 by then-President Mr S R Nathan, to rally Singaporeans in building a more caring and cohesive society, and to support communities in need.

In 2025, the President’s Challenge was refreshed on achieving more sustained social impact by supporting every aspiration, recognising every contribution, and inspiring others to lift those around them.

Be part of PA Cares @ President’s Challenge

The PA Cares @ President's Challenge campaign this year features an accessible arts activity at Bedok Town Square on 26 September 2026, including interactive arts try-outs for members of the public to experience, and an Avatar Creation activity, where participants can create a personalised avatar and share pledge messages that symbolise unity and togetherness!

Through the event, PA rallies residents, corporate and community partners to raise awareness of inclusion in accessible arts and encourage meaningful community connections.

This year, PA is pledging $250,000 to President's Challenge, raising funds through various platforms to support the beneficiary organisations in their effort to create lasting social impact.

Every contribution, no matter the amount, your contribution will make a real difference in the lives of those in need. All donations of $10 and above are eligible for tax deductions.
