A mandatory pre-tender briefing will be held on:

Time: 10.30am to 11.30am

Venue: Keat Hong Community Club

Tenderers must register at pa_keathongcc@pa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and submit the duly executed NDA by 12.00 noon, 2 September 2026. Tenderers who have not submitted the duly executed NDA by the deadline will not be permitted to attend the briefing.

Project details, including location, will be disclosed at the briefing. Attendance is compulsory and is a prerequisite for tender evaluation.

Eligibility: MOF-registered under EPU/SER/30 or EPU/FBV/10, Financial Grade S6 and above.
